Day 1: Transfer to Inraki Lodge

Our guide will be waiting for you at the airport to take you to Inraki Lodge.

Day 2: Invigorating Yoga

To start the day with energy, we will have an invigorating Yoga practice to stretch our bodies after a long trip. Afterward, a delicious breakfast will be served, with an abundant variety of fruits, organic eggs, and homemade, freshly-baked bread.

Later on, we will be heading to the community of Malchingui to take a walk through the region’s ancestral footpaths, where we will meet local farmers and become familiar with their way of life. In the afternoon we will be going back to Guayllabamba Lodge, where a hot dinner will be served. B/L/D

Day 3: La Esperanza - Community Based Tourism

After breakfast, we will be heading to the town of La Esperanza where we will be immersed in a community-based tourism experience, and learn about the indigenous culture and their agrarian traditions. For lunch, we will enjoy a typical Ecuadorian meal with members of the community.

Afterward, we will continue to Sacha Ji to practice incredible Yoga, with spectacular views. For dinner, we will return to Guayllabamba Lodge. B/L/D

Day 4: Spectacle Bear Observation

Early morning departure to the Amazon jungle. On the way, we will be stopping at the Cayambe-Coca Ecological Reserve to take a 2-hour hike through the high Andean moorlands known as páramos, where the rare Spectacled Bears forage nearby.

Later on, we will be relaxing at the well-known Papallacta Hot Springs. Finally, after lunch, we will be heading to Misahualli, our final destination for the day. Lodging will be at Saraswati Ahimsa Vana. B/L/D

Day 5: Amazon Gate

Tena and Misahualli are well known for their many rivers. Along with Yoga sessions, we will also be rafting with our expert guides.

In the afternoon, we will head back to the hotel to change for our later excursion to the rainforest. Lodging will be at Saraswati Ahimsa Vana. B/L/D

Day 6: Cascada de Latas

A beautiful Yoga practice composed of the Amazon’s fauna, flora, and natural sounds awaits us. Our rainforest adventure will continue once we head to a waterfall named La Cascada de Latas, where we will have a soothing swim in the river and take incredible pictures.

In the afternoon our trip will continue towards the renowned tourist town of Baños de Agua Santa. Lodging will be at Vridavan Jardines Ecológicos. B/L/D

Day 7: Bhajan - Meditation Style

This day will be exclusively devoted to deepening the yogic practices. We will be starting off the day before sunrise with Bhajan –a meditation style with devotional music and eastern instruments. This will take us to a higher state of consciousness, and connect us with the essence of one of the most ancient cultures on Earth in a very deep and intense way. With all of its natural beauty and diversity, this is a place especially suited for this process.

Lodging will be at Vridavan Jardines Ecológicos. B/L/D

Day 8: Banos de Agua Santa

After having experienced a day full of new insights, we will be heading to the small tourist town of Baños, where we will be taking a hike at the Cascada Manto de la Novia, a gorgeous waterfall. In the afternoon, the more adventurous guests will have the option of going canyoneering.

Lodging will be at Posada del Arte. B/L

Day 9: Hot Springs

Morning at Banos de Agua Santa is chill, so we decided to give you the morning on your own, so you can visit the local market, walk on the streets, buy souvenirs, go to the local hot springs or just stay reading.

After lunch, we will drive back to Guayllabamba lodge to pack your luggage to fly home or extend your trip to the Galapagos islands o the Pacific Coast.

Day 10: Transfer Out

Transfer out. Airport transfer for those flying home.
